Unlimited Updates
No limits. Send through as many updates as you require – we’ll work through them as quickly as possible – it’s as simple as that.
We aim to have smaller updates completed as soon as possible, usually within 10-15 minutes or within the hour if there’s a bit more to it. Bigger updates which may have more impact on your site (or require a pre-requisite update in order to apply it) are scheduled in with you at a suitable time (usually out of business hours to minimise disruption).
Our Process
Before every update we apply, we take a backup of the site or the part that’s being worked on – this allows us to instantly roll back the update should there be an issue.
For more complex updates, like the update of a plugin or theme (which may have a bigger impact on the site function or design), we take a full backup and ask that you test the update as soon as it’s applied to ensure it’s functioning as expected.
